MODEL COMMITMENT • SHOW READINESS

I agree to the terms of this agreement. I fully understand that my commitment to the terms outlined in this agreement will provide the model the best experience with Clay Model Academy.

The conditions of this agreement are:

All models agree to be present at all rehearsals unless a traumatic or uncontrollable incident occurs.

Each model is allowed only allowed to missed (1) One Rehearsal Day.

All models must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled rehearsal to sign in.

Any model arriving 15 minutes after rehearsal starts will not be allowed to in rehearsal.

Designers’ selection: Models will be required to perform professionally: if a designer has not communicated with you within 1 week, the model will notify Model Coordinator immediately.

Models must be on time. Two missed rehearsals will result in removal from the Walk Fashion Show. NO EXCEPTIONS. Two tardees will be equivalent to ONE missed absence; Models will wear Clay issued uniforms and appropriate shoe as instructed.

ALL models must refrain from all abusive and/or inappropriate conduct; ALL models must maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times; ANY misconduct of any form (abusive language, harassment, prejudice, etc) will result in immediate removal; ALL models must adhere to any advice and/or assistance rendered by the person(s) delegated

Models will be responsible for selling a minimum of 3 tickets to “Walk” in production.

I agree to hold harmless Clay Model Academy and representatives from any liabilities by virtue of any actions caused by the inability to act in a professional manner.
